Back at work

Happy New Year Everybody!

I am back at work for two days now. With the new year my weekly free afternoons on wednsday are gone. But on the bright side I have again 27 holidays to spend! This time I will probably spread a bit further apart so that I am not forced to take free afternoons at the end of the year.

The downside is that I have much less time to write stories, but I hope I can keep the pace of 1 story each week. Luckily I have already flown enough missions in Il-2 to have a small backup.

Tonight I have to finish the final chapter based on Fortress Europe and I already have finished two additional campaigns: Yaks over Memel and Seafires Okinawa. I still need to invent a story line for both campaignsbut I have already a some ideas. Where possible I try to use the story created by the campaign builder as a guideline.

Both campaigns were fun to fly and I strongly recommend Seafires Okinawa, it's quite immersive to take off from a carrier while Anti-air guns are firing around you at the approaching Kamikazes. But you will have to wait untill the Black Sheep and Fortress Europe have been published completely before you can read these stories.

Anyhow if you want to read the latest chapter on the Black Sheep, you can find it at SimHq or at the blog novel.

Happy Reading
