Welcome and Introduction

Hi,

My name is KingAlbert and no I am not related to the Belgian Royal Family.

I live in Belgium and am interested in flight simulations. Since about a year I have been flying frequently in sims like Falcon 4: Allied Force, Il-2 and occassionaly in Lock-On. But as I searched the forums for information I discovered that some people wrote AAR's (=After Action Reports), in which they described how their missions went.

"I can do that too", I thought and I started to write my first AAR: Bridge Attack. A week later I wrote a second AAR: A Silk Ride.

From that moment on, I got the taste for writing stories. Since then I still fly missions, but my focus is on taking screenshots and writing the stories afterwards. I use the term stories because I try to avoid the dry-style first person AAR. In my stories I sometimes bend the actual events to allow for more dramatic events.

As I have posted on mainly two forums, SimHQ and FrugalsWorld, I encountered a problem. How on earth could I keep track of all my stories and offer readers a central location to find all stories, hence this blog.

In the sidebar, you will find an overview of each story that I wrote, beginning with first series: Charging Dragon. A second template contains my short stories (stories that only take one chapter). With exception of the short stories template, all other templates are sorted in descending order of publication.

The central posts will be used to inform people on developing stories and ideas I have.

Whether you arrived through SimHQ, FrugalsWorld or other sites,
Happy Reading

KingAlbert
